Bravo Consultancy, a Dubai firm, designs hydraulically efficient and environmentally friendly water wells for agricultural, industrial, geothermal, and municipal uses, drinking included. We also advise clients on the optimal siting, engineering, drilling, construction, and operation of water wells in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, and elsewhere. We formed in 2010 as an offshoot of Hajjan Drilling Company, Saudi Arabia’s biggest builder of water wells and one of our subcontractors for some of the services we offer. Bravo Consultancy also sells STOP-SAND, a patented liner hanger that keeps fine particles in sandy aquifers out of pumped water. This cuts water-treatment costs, reduces wear-and-tear on the pump, and extends the well’s life. Bravo Consultancy’s CEO, developed the technology. STOP-SANDs protect more than 200 water wells operated by Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia’s ministry of water and National Water Company, and others.
Bravo Consultancy also inspects wells, protects them from corrosion, and rehabilitates old or unproductive ones. We conduct tailored analyses on hydro-geology, aquifer quality, and project feasibility and cost. For these studies, our engineers, geologists, and technicians benefit from access to Bravo Consultancy’s large databank of detailed information on the more than 1,400 water wells our experts have built and outfit with instruments. We also prepare tender documents, supervise operations on site, treat water, and conduct technical conferences on well construction and maintenance.
